The Consumer Sentiment Index can be a valuable tool for intraday currency trading.
The Index shows the long and short ratio. The percentage number of the ratio is simply the amount of longs or shorts in the overall amount of opened positions transacted. The Consumer Sentiment Index gauges effective speculative interest in currency pairs and currencies, and therefore can be used as a CONTRARIAN INDICATOR. The index is updated every 30 minutes

great blog and your recent trades were done well, but when are you closing #47 ? Am I wrong to say that Euro weakens ?
ReplyDeleteThanks. It appears that it is getting choppy but the trend is still up. I will probably close it if it gets to or near 1.5113, unless it shows real strength on the way up, if it goes higher. The Russians were buying yesterday during London session, and there are a lot of retail shorts that would need to cover if it shows strenght. Also, tomorrow is NFA, I am going to wait and see what happens later on.
